Jones Structural Engineering (JSE) provides structural consulting & design services for new construction and existing building renovations, with an increased focus assisting those with damaged buildings seeking appropriate & cost-effective repairs.
Every structure has it's own story to tell. Has your structure experienced damage from defective construction, moisture intrusion, deterioration or on-going movement? JSE provides structural damage investigations and condition assessments for commercial and residential structures by applying building science and engineering principles to determine the cause of structural damage and develop appropriate repairs.
Are you looking to change a structure and have questions about it's performance & structural integrety? JSE conducts site condition assessments to review existing construction and provide an expert opinion for you to make informed decisions. Signed & sealed letters, reports & design drawings can be provided as desired deliverables.
Every structure is unique, with it's own set of conditions & constraints. At Jones Structural Engineering, we believe the cornerstone to effectively assist begins with open & purposeful communication to determine how best to serve.
